Best Used Samsung Phones Under Rs. 80,000 in Pakistan (2026)
Samsung dominates Pakistan’s used phone market more than any other brand. Hafeez Centre has three floors of Samsung units at every price point. The problem is not finding one — it is knowing which one to trust at this budget.
Prices reflect current PTA-approved used market rates on OLX Pakistan and at Hafeez Centre Lahore as of mid-2026.
Samsung Galaxy A54 — Rs. 65,000–75,000
Buy it. This is Samsung’s most honest mid-ranger in years. IP67 water resistance, a five-year security update promise, a 6.4-inch AMOLED at 120Hz, and a 50MP OIS camera. OIS matters for video — footage from a rickshaw ride or while walking through a Lahore market is stabilised where non-OIS cameras produce shaky, unusable clips.
The Exynos 1380 runs warmer than Snapdragon chips but does not throttle aggressively in Pakistan’s summer heat. All A54 units globally use Exynos 1380, so there is no version confusion when buying used. Five-year update promise at a used price means two to three software upgrade cycles likely remain.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE — Rs. 48,000–55,000
Buy it. Fan Edition means Samsung took S20 internals and put them in a plastic body to hit a lower price. The Snapdragon 865 inside is still one of the better mobile chips — faster under heavy load than the Dimensity 1080 in the A34. Triple cameras, 6.5-inch Super AMOLED at 120Hz, and 25W charging.
The plastic back scratches easily and the phone is now four years old. Battery health is the main concern — units with original batteries may be at 75–80% capacity. Budget Rs. 6,000–8,000 for a replacement if health is below 80%. Even factoring that in, this is flagship-level performance at a mid-range price.
Samsung Galaxy S21 5G — Rs. 60,000–70,000
Cautious buy. The 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED at 120Hz is still among the best displays under Rs. 80,000. Snapdragon 888 variants (USA units) are available and hold resale value better than Exynos 2100. But Snapdragon 888 runs hot under sustained load — 30 minutes of gaming will warm the phone noticeably. For daily use it is not a problem. Confirm the unit is SIM-unlocked before paying — USA S21 kits sometimes arrive carrier-locked from T-Mobile.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 — Rs. 68,000–76,000
Skip unless the S Pen is the specific reason you are buying. If you do not use a stylus, the S21 gives similar performance at the same or lower price without the stylus mechanism complexity. The Note 20 (non-Ultra) does have a microSD slot — if storage expansion for offline maps or music matters to you, that is its one genuine advantage.
Samsung Galaxy A53 — Rs. 50,000–58,000
Skip in favour of the A54. They look nearly identical. The A54 has a faster chip, better camera, and the same update promise. At current used prices, the gap between them is Rs. 10,000–15,000. Worth paying. If the gap in your specific market is more than Rs. 18,000, reconsider — but at equal prices, always take the A54.
Buy the A54 for longevity. Buy the S20 FE if you want maximum performance per rupee. Before any used phone meetup at Hafeez Centre or through OLX, run through the 30-point inspection checklist and check the IMEI at DIRBS. If it is non-PTA, the PTA tax calculator will show the exact registration cost. Compare asking prices against the used Samsung price list before you negotiate.
