Dubai Plaza on Circular Road is unquestionably Bahawalpur’s most important mobile phone destination. The multi-story complex houses hundreds of shops spread across floors, making it the city’s equivalent of Lahore’s Hafeez Centre — albeit on a smaller scale suited to southern Punjab’s market size. Every major brand is represented here.

Samsung Galaxy A and M series are the strongest sellers, followed by Tecno and Infinix in the budget segment and iPhone 13–15 among premium buyers. The Circular Road location draws buyers from Bahawalpur city proper, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, and smaller southern Punjab towns. Prices track Lahore levels with a small transport premium of Rs 1,000–3,000 on most devices.

Both PTA-approved and grey-market phones are sold at Dubai Plaza. Always verify DIRBS status on any device above Rs 30,000. Jazz is the dominant carrier for Bahawalpur buyers; Zong 4G also covers the Circular Road corridor well.
